PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil solidifying material capable of providing improved soil good in fluidity or early strength developing properties by mixing excavated soil, etc., together with water when excavating the ground and installing a pile or a pole, etc., and enabling works with excellent permeability into gaps without producing voids in the ground.
