PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically produce high-quality recyclable plastics.;SOLUTION: There are provided: a classifying means A for taking in collected plastic materials according to a classification predetermined based on material quality or a range of physical properties of plastics when the plastics is recycled; a crusher 1 for crushing into a predetermined size composite components classified with the classifying means A as a separating means for separating the collected plastic materials from other materials; a magnetic selector and a metal selector for separating and removing metals from the crushed components with the crushing means 1; a vibrating mill 4 for separating lightweight foreign matters from the plastics; and a wind force selector 5 for selecting the plastics and the lightweight foreign matters separated with the vibrating mill 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
