PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that distortion and noise are caused by power source noise due to through current of an output stage in a PWM conversion circuit obtaining two kinds of PWM signal outputs, in a PWM-type D-class amplifier supplying amplified power equivalent to a difference of the two kinds of PWM signal outputs converted after re-quantization of a digital input signal by using noise shaping to a load. PSOLUTION: Since a feedback loop of an arithmetic circuit 2 has a large loop gain in a useful band of a digital input signal inputted to an input terminal 1, an output having a reverse characteristic of a circuit composed of an encoding judging unit 15, an error constant generator 16, a multiplier 17 and an adder 18 can be obtained in the useful band for an output of a re-quantizer 3. The characteristic of the circuit represents non-linearity of PWM conversion circuits 5 and 6. Thus, non-linearity in an output re-quantization signal 4 of the re-quantizer 3 is corrected by the reverse characteristic, and distortion and noise which are caused by power source noise due to through current, are reduced.
