PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silver powder which can be used for burning a resin substrate and simultaneously, burnable silver ink or silver paste, etc.;SOLUTION: The silver powder containing spherical silver grain is prepared by a wet-reduction method, and the silver powder containing flaky silver grain is prepared by the wet-reduction method or the combination of the wet-reduction method and a diffusion ball-mill treatment, and further, a great number of small protruded parts on the surface of the silver grain are precipitated again with the wet-reduction method. In this way, the surface area on the grain surface is improved by making the surface roughness on the silver grain surface to high, and thus, the low temperature burning of the silver powder for the silver ink or the silver paste can be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
