PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transport element having silentness and temperature controlling property, improved in heat transport ability and heat diffusing ability, and also improved in heat transfer characteristic and flowing characteristic. PSOLUTION: This transport element has: a casing 1 consisting of a hollow body having a passage for carrying a fluid 5 formed therein, both ends of which are closed to prevent the penetration of the outside air into the hollow body, and having the liquid 5 and a gas 6 sealed in the hollow body; one or more heat receiving heat exchangers 2 and radiating heat exchangers 3 arranged on the outer wall of the casing 1 so as to be adjacent to each other along the passage of the liquid 5; and driving heat exchangers 4 provided at both ends of the casing 1 to vibrate the liquid 5 in the passage direction.
