PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal-extracting method or the like, capable of sharply extracting an acoustic signal buried in noise, whereby when an autocorrelation function of a target sound source is not a delta function, that is, the noise cannot be assumed to be white noise, inverse filter coefficients are estimated with high accuracy, to enhance noise-suppressing and reverberation-suppressing performance.;SOLUTION: The signal-extracting method obtains white color processing filter coefficients for flatly correcting the average spectrum of a signal of a pre-specified channel among N-channel signals; carries out white color processing by convoluting the white color processing filter coefficients with the N-channel signals, calculates the correlation function among the N-channel white color processing signals obtained by the white color processing; calculates a vector to obtain an impulse as to the specified channel and to obtain a zero vector as to the other channels, when the vector is multiplied with a matrix comprising the N-channel correlation function as an inverse filter coefficient of each channel; and obtains a signal, from which sound signals other than the target signal, is eliminated by convoluting the inverse filter coefficients with the N-channel signals and summating the results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
