PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution preventing method of phosphorus in sludge for preventing elution of the phosphorus immobilized in the sludge, and reducing a phosphorus concentration in the separated water separated with a concentration treatment of the sludge and a dehydration treatment, and an elution preventive of the phosphorus in the sludge for immobilizing the phosphorus in the sludge and preventing re-elution of the phosphorus. SOLUTION: The elution preventing method of the phosphorus in a dehydrated or transported waste water treatment system after the sludge generated by the waste water treatment was thickened is obtained, in which method one or more kinds of inorganic flocculants selected from the group consisting of an iron based flocculant and an aluminum based flocculant, and one or more kinds of inorganic compounds selected from the group consisting of a zinc based compound, a copper based compound, and a nitrate type compound, are added to the sludge before dehydrated or transported. Also, the elution preventive of the phosphorus in the sludge incorporating the inorganic flocculant and the inorganic compound, is obtained.
