PSOLUTION: An accumulation monitoring system 53 of noncondensable gas comprises a temperature sensor 55 placed at a location capable of gas accumulation, an operation means 60 for calculating steam partial pressure at the gas accumulation location 54 from a temperature data measured with the temperature sensor 55, the gas partial pressure of the noncondensable gas from the steam partial pressure, a judgment evaluation means 61 monitoring the gas accumulation location from a predetermined judgment conditions and judging whether or not the gas accumulation location reached the conditions in an incineration region or nearby and an alarm means 62 emitting an alarm when it reached the condition in the incineration region or nearby.
