Furthermore the aforementioned micro computer & relay 5, the automobile run away from the signal and the like of vehicle speed and when it judges as the status where accident can happen, electric current is supplied to the magnet & clutch 6, the magnet & clutch 6 are turned to OFF. In that case, with throttle barugu and concatenaion of the accelerator & the pedal is cut off, the operator triggers the accelerator & the pedal and as for the engine with while it is idling, revolution output does not rise.
