PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system for providing various services to object persons in a wide range by using private-sector activities.;SOLUTION: The object persons who receive services are residents who apply for receiving the services to a public institution such as an administrative agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a business cooperative association or the like and is authenticated by them, and registered in the computer of a service center, and the service center issues predetermined cards to those object persons. Whereas, various stores and enterprises which provide the services apply for provision of the services to the public institution such as the administrative agency and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the business cooperative association or the like, and is authenticated by them and registered in the computer of the service center, and registered shop names or enterprise names and the configurations of the services and the degrees of the services to be provided are carried in home pages prepared by the service center.
