PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable snow blocking device which is operable so as to prevent snow from jumping over a Russel board at the time of blowing snow.;SOLUTION: The movable snow blocking device is formed of a snow blocking board arranged on an upper portion of the Russel board and having spring elasticity imparted thereto, a plurality of arm portions attached to a distal end of the snow blocking board, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders attached to a proximal end of the snow blocking board, and each having a rod portion thereof connected to the arm portion via a pin, and a plurality of guide members each guiding the pin of the hydraulic cylinder to bend the snow blocking board via the arm portion toward a front surface of the Russel board. The Russel board is mounted on a railroad vehicle or a road Russel snowremoving car.
