PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, etc. for managing a communication state so that misconception of a user regarding propriety of switch use between portable communication equipment such as a cellular phone and communication equipment loaded on a mobile object such as a vehicle may be avoided. In addition, setting procedures for the switch use by the user is allowed as a requirement that the cellular phone 12 is judged as the cellular phone of the first kind.
