REFERENCE TIME PROVIDING APPARATUS, TIMESTAMP ISSUING APPARATUS, REFERENCE TIME PROVIDING METHOD, TIMESTAMP ISSUING METHOD, REFERENCE TIME PROVIDING PROGRAM, AND TIMESTAMP ISSUING PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively issue timestamp while securing high accuracy/high reliability.;SOLUTION: A digital broadcasting station 2 broadcasts a time certificate 3 in which reference time is electronically subscribed as time contents. A timestamp server 4 receives the time certificate 3, acquires the reference time and corrects and inspects an internal clock 17 by using the reference time. Since the reference time is electronically certificated, the timestamp server 4 can confirm the orthodoxy of the reference time. The internal clock 17 is divided into a time label (e.g. a portion of minute and more) and an accurate portion (e.g. a portion of second and less) which is a unit smaller than the time label and managed, and the timestamp server 4 inspects the time label and corrects the accurate portion. In inspection, a state that the time of a newly received time certificate 3 advances from the time certificate 3 received last, is confirmed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
