PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic introduction letter preparation system for safely sharing medical treatment information. PSOLUTION: In the case of preparing an introduction letter by providing an application for preparing an electronic introduction letter, necessary information such as medical treatment history/drug history or inspection result/image data until that time is added as data so that one introduction letter can be prepared while being interlocked with the other department systems such as an electronic medical record system 201 or a DICOM server 202. The introduction letter is integrated into electronic data so as to be exchanged by making the necessary information correspond to various standard specifications in exchanging the medical treatment information so that it is possible for medical treatment facilities to share the medical treatment information. The prepared introduction letter is registered on a WEB server 10 so that it is possible to refer to data only from the medical facility as the designated introduction destination.
