PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for automatically creating a practice exercise related to letters without needing manpower and publishing it without charge, because the practice exercise related to letters such as an exercise of dictation and reading of Chinese characters requires efforts and it is difficult to publish it on a web page without charge.;SOLUTION: For extracting a clause as an example sentence related to letters with a search engine and recognizing whether the clause is a representation reasonable as the example sentence, the clause is retrieved as a keyword by the search engine, is considered as the reasonable representation when the number of hits is a defined value or more, and is employed as the example sentence, and the practice exercise related to letters is created using the example sentence. Further, an interest keyword specified as a field in which a learner has an interest in the retrieval is added and set, a practice exercise of the contents related to the field in which the learner has an interest is created.
