PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-type A4-sized multifunctional printer capable of moving an A4-sized lateral description to A4-sized longitudinal description with arbitrary reduction/arbitrary angle/arbitrary position and performing a predetermined description onto printed paper as instructed through one time of printing. PSOLUTION: The single-type A4-sized multifunctional printer is provided in which, in accordance with a stick switch control information instruction within the single-type A4-sized multifunctional printer, a longitudinally long A4-sized frame is plotted, a circle is plotted in the center with a lateral length as a diameter, a longitudinal line is plotted from the vertical center of the A4-sized frame to the outside of the circle, and a lateral line is plotted from the center just laterally to the right, for a reduced graphic. Such a reduced graphic can be printed at once as shown in the layout of an information display with an information instruction so as to be arbitrarily reduced and enlarged/at 360°at intervals of 5°/arbitrarily longitudinally and laterally moved. Cross lines passing through the central point of a laterally long A4-sized transparent sheet, lateral lines at longitudinal 1cm-intervals/longitudinal lines at lateral 2 cm-intervals starting therefrom and concentric circles at 1 cm-intervals from the central point are made into dotted lines at 10°-intervals for each angle rectangularly dividing into quarters.
