PSOLUTION: An event log described with event contents in each terminal with time is acquired, inconvenient phenomenon occurrence information showing that the inconvenient phenomenon has occurred in a specific terminal is acquired, an inconvenient phenomenon arrival event pattern prescribed from an event pattern group from an initial event causing the inconvenient phenomenon determined based on the inconvenient phenomenon occurrence information to a final event triggering final occurrence of the inconvenient phenomenon is generated, and an notice event pattern obtained by applying pattern matching processing to a notice event pattern taken out from the event log of the other terminal by use of the inconvenient phenomenon arrival event pattern outputs an inconvenient phenomenon countermeasure command according to an inconvenient phenomenon transition degree undergoing a transition to the inconvenient phenomenon arrival event pattern.
