PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application use monitoring technique, capable of efficiently and accurately detecting use of an application to be limited such as a game without regularly placing an excessive load such as activation check of the application based on log information in all client computers, and surely detecting a change in file name or the like of the application to perform warning notification or the like.;SOLUTION: A monitoring person computer receives voice output information of an application used in a client computer, and determines whether the received voice output information is voice output of an application to be limited in use or not in reference to voice data characteristic information. When it is determined to be the voice output of the application to be limited, the computer transmits a predetermined response instruction for limiting the use of the application to the client computer, and executes processing for use limitation such as warning to an operator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
