An improvement method analyzing part 3 fetches the failure information or the content of the restoration operation fetched by the repair division terminal 2 or repair information performed in a repair division through the network 100, and performs failure analysis by using a mining technology. A product management division terminal 4 receives a measure method for improving the failure from the failure information specified by the mining technology through the network 100. The product management division terminal 4 transmits the improvement method executed by its own terminal to the maintenance division terminal 1, and automatically updates a database for mining for improving the specification precision of failure analysis.
