PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital information sharing system, a digital information sharing server, terminal equipment and a digital information sharing method for preventing the leakage of digital information to any user other than a specific user with whom digital information is shared by managing the use circumstances of digital information.;SOLUTION: A client terminal 3 transmits the condition data of the automatic erasure of digital information to be shared with the other client terminal 3 and digital information to a server 2, and an information control part 7 of the server 2 associates the conditions of the automatic erasure of the digital information with the digital information for management, and stores the digital information in an information storage part 6.
