PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional liposome integrated with a cell-specifically acting peptide, and to provide a delivery system which uses the functional liposome and can specifically deliver a medicine and a gene to a target cell and a target tissue. PSOLUTION: This invention relates to the functional liposome bound to a laminin-originated cell-adhesive peptide binding to proteoglycan.
