PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing for an easily mountable/dismountable cut-wet tissue for easily mounting and dismounting roll paper for stably and easily cutting when it is used, and for projecting the paper in a stable length after cutting. PSOLUTION: This relates to a packing fitted to the extraction part of a cover material of a wet tissue container. The packing is an oval disk with rubber elasticity and an extraction hole which is oval and shaped similar with an outer peripheral shape is formed at its center. One outer side of a shorter axis line of the extraction hole has a slit-like notch in a predetermined width which communicates with the hole, reaches the outer periphery and the bottom face from the top face. The other outer side of the shorter axis line of the hole has a receding notch which communicates with the hole, reaches the bottom face from the top face and faces the slit-like notch. The center has a predetermined thickness and gradually becomes thinner from the peripheral edge of the bottom face to the center upper part.
