The area A is configured of a plurality of sub-areas SA1 or the like. The central control unit 4 is provided with: an operation instruction part for designating the autonomous movement devices 3 as target equipment; a number of device acquisition part for acquiring the number of the autonomous movement devices 3 in the sub-areas; and a storage part for storing the maximum number Mx of the autonomous movement devices 3 which can be present in the sub-areas. The operation instruction part compares the number of the autonomous movement devices 3 with the maximum number Mx, and when the number of autonomous movement devices 3 can be increased in the sub-areas, instructs operations to the autonomous movement devices 3.
