PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare dictionary information for obtaining a clue to extract a peculiar expression from text data without requiring great effort. PSOLUTION: This peculiar expression extraction device extracts words (e.g., "Yamada" and "Mr.") from a plurality of NE (named entity) extraction results acquired from each NE extractor. Processing is respectively performed in sequence on each extracted word. The peculiar expression extraction device checks each NE extraction result in sequence on any one of the respective extracted words to extract NE candidate classification. After extracting the NE candidate classification, the device counts the appearance frequency in each NE extraction result of the extracted NE candidate classification.
