PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily and inexpensively producing a porous anodizing alumina film having fine pores arrayed at minute intervals and regularly.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the porous anodizing alumina film has a transferring step of transferring regularly arrayed surface rugged structures to an aluminum surface, an anodic oxidation step of forming the porous anodizing alumina film having fine pores of a prescribed shape with a plurality of regularly arrayed recesses among the rugged structures on the aluminum surface obtained by the transferring step as a starting point and comprises precipitating the aluminum on the surface rugged structures and transferring the structures to the aluminum surface. The porous anodizing alumina film is produced by that method. More particularly, the desired surface rugged structures can be easily and inexpensively formed by using the regularly array of the fine particles in the formation of the surface rugged structures.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
