PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to reduce the influence of triose phosphate isomerase (TIM) in the blank reaction to enable higher sensitivity quantification of dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate of the product of TIM in the method of using TIM as a labeled enzyme in the enzyme immunoassay to increase the quantification of dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate with the use of an enzyme cycling method.;SOLUTION: An anti-TIM antibody, a reagent with a reduced content of TIM, an enzyme immunoassay using the same, and an enzyme immunoassay kit are disclosed. In carrying out the enzyme cycling method using TIM as a labeled enzyme in the enzyme immunoassay, by removing the TIM mixed together in the substrate, enzyme, coenzyme and buffer which are used in the enzyme cycling reaction, the enzyme immunoassay having higher sensitivity than before is achieved. A superhigh sensitivity method of measuring a labeled protein utilizes this enzyme immunoassay.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
