PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the number of column stages of transistors and to prevent an operation from becoming instable even when a latch or a flip-flop is provided with a reset function.;SOLUTION: The transistor M21 for changeover controlled by switching signals CNT is connected between the gate electrode of the transistor M05 for holding data and an internal node NA. The transistor M23 for reset controlled by reset signals RST is connected between the gate electrode of the transistor M05 for holding the data and the ground. The transistor M22 for changeover controlled by the switching signals CNT is connected between the gate electrode of the transistor M06 for holding the data and an internal node NB. The transistor M24 for reset controlled by inverted reset signals RBT which are the inversion of the reset signals RST is connected between the gate electrode of the transistor M06 and a power source VEE.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
