PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a piled up soil mount enabling farm work to be carried out by a naturally standing posture, and facilitating drainage and measures or the like against strong wind, light to be shielded and insects to be controlled.;SOLUTION: The piled up soil mount has a structure obtained by forming a concrete frame in a rectangular shape comprising parallel walls having heights of nearly a waist height of an adult person of 60-110 cm from the ground, and storing soil therein so as to continue to the ground. When vegetables or flowers are cultivated by utilizing the soil in the concrete frame, the farm work in the naturally stood posture is enabled to prevent backache and to reduce the fatigue because the operation at an unnatural posture such as the one in conventional outdoor culture or in culture in a greenhouse is not required. When arch pipes are attached to the parallel walls and a covering material is extended thereon, the soil mount is suitable for the measures against the strong wind because the wind force is weak because of the low height, and the structure is solid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
