PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method of soil contamination controlling measure cost and a calculation method of probability of a brownfield not receiving redevelopment for improving reliability of soil contamination controlling measure cost prediction, facilitating evaluation determining whether the land has a value as assets, and allowing calculation of possibility of the brownfield for acquiring evidence data for calculation of an asset value.;SOLUTION: A contamination controlling unit cost is obtained by selecting a soil contamination controlling measure method according to a peripheral condition and land usage of the potentially contaminated site PCS, a contaminated soil amount in the site is calculated, and the soil contamination controlling measure cost is calculated by multiplying the contamination controlling unit cost by the contaminated soil amount. In this method, a contaminated soil amount per a unit area in a contaminated site CS is calculated, a probability density function of an assumed contaminated soil amount most conforming to the contaminated soil amount is calculated, and using the probability density function of the assumed contaminated soil amount, an assumed contaminated soil amount per the unit area is calculated to find the soil contamination controlling measure cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
