PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fatigue and a lack of exercise to be caused by operation of an automobile and an electric wheelchair.;SOLUTION: In a vehicle to be operated by human beings such as an automobile, as a power control signal for an engine and an electric motor, voltage to be generated by pedaling or manually operating a generator fitted to the vehicle is used. The vehicle does not move as long as a user does not move. The vehicle moves when the user moves his/her body and exercises. Blood circulation failure to be caused during operation is thereby eliminated, and the user can feel refreshment with operation, and a lack of exercise due to operation is eliminated. A braking signal is determined based on a difference of the pedaling direction, and acceleration, deceleration and braking can be controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
