PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety ensuring support system for preventing defects in data that a medical diagnostic apparatus carries by erroneous operation of the medical diagnostic apparatus during work of the maintenance and safety check by remote operation so that the medical diagnostic apparatus operates safely and normally after the maintenance and safety check, and the medical diagnostic apparatus incorporating the system. PSOLUTION: The safety ensuring support system is equipped with a demand processing means 2a for receiving maintenance information on the maintenance and safety check from a maintenance terminal 4 for carrying out the maintenance and safety check of the medical diagnostic apparatus 3 by the remote operation, a working condition confirming means 2b for confirming an actual condition of the medical diagnostic apparatus 3 subjected to the maintenance and safety check based on the maintenance information received by the demand processing means 2a, and an erroneous operation prevention processing means 2c for carrying out the processing to prevent erroneous operation by an operator by corresponding to the actual condition of the medical diagnostic apparatus 3 based on the use condition information from the means 2b.
