The system has a small Canadian type pipe (1) connected to an automated disinfection system. The disinfection system comprising a variable direction ventilator (2) permits to aspirate fresh air and to push back disinfectant vapor in the pipe, where the disinfectant vapor is generated, by thermo nebulization, from a dosing tank (3). The dosing tank is automated so as to control the direction of the ventilator.
