Abdominal muscle training apparatus for use by person with weak back, has handle permitting to rotate apparatus around axis in order to realize abdominal muscle training by stretching vertebral column
The apparatus has two parallel tubes (A, B) connected by a third tube (C) perpendicular to the tubes (A, B), which are covered with a sleeve. A handle is fixed on each end of the tube (B) and is constituted of two parts (D1, D2) connected in the shape of L. The handle permits to rotate the apparatus around an axis constituted by the tube (B) in order to realize abdominal muscle training by stretching vertebral column.
