The device has an elastic clamp (1) equipped with two orifices (2), opposite to each other, for receiving chopsticks placed at two ends of the clamp. The orifices are close to each other when the pressure is exerted and return to their initial position when the pressure is released. The orifices permit to position the chopsticks at variable height and comprise walls pierced on their length through a rectilinear slit (3).
