The belt (1) has a strap (3) for holding a user (2) such as passenger, in a seated position on a seat of a vehicle such as truck. Surfaces of the strap are equipped with strands (6) made of fluorescent or reflecting polymer based material of yellow color or red color. The strands are woven with one another, and are incorporated in the strap during the fabrication of the strap.
