Teleassistance system for e.g. identifying failure of drilling equipment, has case exchanging data with sensors and actuators of machine, and local server exchanging data with teleassistance station via interface and mobile telephone
The system has a teleassistance module (100) installed in a driving machine (1), and a mobile telephone (111) communicating with the module via an interface (110) e.g. connector or Bluetooth connection. A case (130) exchanges data with sensors (131) and actuators (132) of the machine, and a local server (120) e.g. hyper test transfer protocol (HTTP) server, exchanges the data with a remote teleassistance station (200) e.g. personal computer, via the interface and the mobile telephone. A configuration case (140) defines an interface for graphical representation of the data. An independent claim is also included for a machine teleassistance method.
