The device has a central flap, a front flap and two lateral flaps, where the central flap has an opening in the middle, and the front and lateral flaps are vertical to the central flap in operation state. All the flaps made of cardboard paper have determined dimensions calculated according to current bank notes, bank note dispenser configuration and bank card apparatus. The flaps are also dimensioned based on the conjugation of different constraints such as the anatomy of the skull, the physiology of the eye, and laws of the physics of the optics.
