The top has a central plate carried by a base that is integrated to the plate by flanges extending on both ends of the plate. The plate presents, at each of corners, a vertical recess formed in its low end by an elbow and abuts with respective flanges. The elbow has lower ends forming receptacles in which objects fell in the recess are collected. The plate and the flanges slide with respect to each other along vertical axis using a lifting unit that permits to obtain two stable positions. The recess and flanges are masked in one position and are visible and available in other position.
