Clothing article e.g. shirt, purchasing method for store, involves exporting article references and correspondences, between user measurements and brand name sizes, in database, and displaying brand name sizes corresponding to measurements
The method involves importing references, of a clothing article on sale, from a database (3a) to a module (2) to associate article categories to the references. The correspondences, between user measurements and brand name sizes of the categories, and the references are exported from the module in a database (1) e.g. Oracle. User and article identifiers are entered, for the user, at a station with units to access the database (1). The brand name size of the article associated to the article identifier corresponding to the measurements identified by the user identifier is displayed.
