On the shaft (21) of the rotor (20) is fixed a flange (23) having a bearing face (27) and a clamping face (36). A blade is mounted on the flange. It has an end (26) located opposite the bearing face of the flange.Adjusting means (29) to adjust the spacing between the bearing face and the end of the blade, between a minimum spacing and a maximum spacing. The blade is fixed on the flange in the position corresponding to the desired spacing via a screw (39) .A flange (37) is arranged to close the space between the end of the blade, the bearing face and the clamping face and in which are housed the adjustment means, regardless of the value of said spacing within the range of use.
