The flywheel has a vibration damper mounted between two flywheels and including coil springs (28) arranged circumferentially around an axis of rotation of the flywheels. Friction units include curved parts (42) that are housed in an annular chamber of the flywheel (10) around the springs. Units (44) have inclined ramp cooperating with inclined ramps formed on radial talons of the curved parts opposite to talons` wedge effect to the drive of curved parts by radial attachments of an annular web (38) during angular oscillations between the flywheels.
