The device has a case (1) comprising, in its lower part, a flap (14) articulated on an axle (10) and maintained closed by a spring (11). The flap has, in its lower part, a vertical lever (13) that butts on a fixed deflector (15) and tilts the flap to free the contents from large and small compartments (3, 4) of the case. The deflector possesses a parabolic profile favoring the opening and closing of the flap in a progressive manner. The spring assures a connection between the flap and the vertical lever.
