The method and system uses radio frequency chip technology and digital technology, GSM, WIFI and Internet, to provide automatic, irrefutable and tamper-proof proof of the state of a property or the completion of a task on a site. well, especially if it is difficult to access or remote. The system consists of a transmitter / receiver board attached to a property (Figure 1), a transmitter / receiver board initialization device (Figure 2), a storage and management system data (Figure 3), a portable device used in performing tasks (Figure 4), and a remote data collection system (Figure 5). The dual function of the "Providing Evidence / Remote Verification of Evidence" system is adapted, but not limited, to the field of maintenance and safety of use or the safety of property, but also to the field of wildlife and sanitary or territorial monitoring of animals living in freedom, or the optimization of inventory management within the same site or from one site to another.
