The unit has a set of components, where each component is molded to its definite shape in industry and is numbered in a preestablished order. The components are composed of a compression resistant support e.g. concrete or synthesis product. The components are delivered on a pallet and distributed around a future construction according to an unloading plan corresponding to a module to be built, where the module is defined in a computer program. A free space is provided between the components for the installation of reinforcement metals. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for constructing a wall (2) a construction wall obtained by a method for constructing a wall.
