The device has a half-disc shaped protractor and elongated ruler parts (1, 2) embedded together by clips, where the device pivots around the zero of the part (1) to measure and trace the angles. The part (2) has a graduation in centimeters and the part (1) has a double graduation in degrees. Two distinct colors are provided for the graduations of the part (2) and their correspondences for the graduations of the part (1). A cone maintained with a spring placed in the ruler part and two cavities located in the part (1) to receive the cone permit to maintain the device in the neutral position.
