The device has a setting up unit (11) and a receiver device (12), where the setting up unit has a base unit (15) with a positioning device for transferring the receiver device into a usage position (14) or into a keeping position relative to the setting up unit and a base device (16). The positioning device is designed as a guiding device for providing longitudinally movable positioning to the receiver device. The receiver device holds a collection container (20).
