A heating film (1) has a carrier foil, and a set of conducting paths (2, 5, 6) is attached on the carrier foil, where the heating film is provided with a reflection film on one side. The reflection film is laminated, and cover films are provided on both sides of the heating film. The cover films are laterally connected with each other, and an insulating layer is provided on a lower side of the heating film.
