The hops powder for the subsequent strengthening of bitterness and hops taste of manufactured beer, comprises a carrier material on which isomerized and/or reduced form of hop components are added. The hop powder is added to the manufactured beer after the brewing process. The powder is loaded with liquid hop product, hops oils, reduced iso-alpha acids from downstream products, linalool, xanthohumol enriched product, beta aroma extract and tannic acid extract, and is produced by concentrated powder form (CPF) procedure. The powder is pressed into tablets. The hops powder for the subsequent strengthening of bitterness and hops taste of manufactured beer, comprises a carrier material on which isomerized and/or reduced form of hop components are added. The hop powder is added to the manufactured beer after the brewing process. The powder is loaded with liquid hop product, hops oils, reduced iso-alpha acids from downstream products, linalool, xanthohumol enriched product, beta aroma extract and tannic acid extract, and is produced by concentrated powder form (CPF) procedure. The powder is pressed into tablets. The 50% of carrier material is loaded with 30-35% of reduced iso-alpha acid extract and 0.5-5% of hop oil and consists of silicic acid.
