The skate has a removable skating body (1), a skating head (4) and a stopper device. The skate is adjustable by a sliding latch (2) such that the size of the skate is changed. The body and the head are prestressed against each other by a spring. The skate body and the skate head are adjustably fixed in the longitudinal direction by a locking bolt (5) provided at a front portion of the skate.
