The activated sludge purification plant for biological wastewater treatment, comprises submerged membrane ventilation for extraction of pure water and ventilation/aeration, filtering device, blower, membranes (M1, M2)/filters, and vacuum boiler. The filtering device is used as filter candles. The blower (G1, G2) produces: compressed air for ventilation; and vacuum for sucking off the pure water over the membrane. The membranes/filters are used for the functions of pure water extraction and ventilation. The vacuum boiler (K) is used for the intermediate storage of the removed wastewater.
